FACTS In the case of Leafy Spurge, Canadian Thistle, they are not dead until the root system is dead. One single application will not eradicate an established infestation of noxious weeds and still allow other plant growth. Just like various other crops, each plant species is different and must be managed differently. Through experience I have found that the plants with extensive root systems species require at least 2 follow-ups after the first application. The second follow up is the hardest to do. Many can't do the 2nd so ever other year they have to respray as the infestation returns. In the following pages I will share my management plan and show how much time and money can be saved by following a written plan. I will show you results I have attained spraying township roads and how I got those results. The pictures to the left are of Absinthe Wormwood. The top one was taken in May. The bottom one in Sept. It shows fall regrowth at the base. THIS SITE IS STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS, NOT ALL LINKS ARE ACTIVE YET. ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW LABEL DIRECTIONS They are written for your own protection.. Some chemicals can cause irreversible eye damage. |

This is a privately owned web site, not maintained by the State of South Dakota or the SD dept. Of Agriculture | For those who have not figured it out yet I
am not a member of any weed board. I am a private, licensed, noxious weed applicator. I also work with bio control. |
